We recommend making a booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, depending on the type of program or event and availability of trainers or emcees.

Yes. All programs and services can be customized based on the client’s objectives, audience, budget, and duration of the event.
What locations does ACHARA Empire cover?
ACHARA Empire provides services nationwide. Additional charges may apply for outstation programs depending on location and logistics.
Is a deposit required to confirm a booking?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure the booking date. The balance payment must be settled before or on the event day, as agreed.
What happens if the program or event is postponed?
In the event of postponement, clients are encouraged to inform ACHARA Empire as early as possible. New dates will be arranged subject to availability. Postponement policies may vary depending on the situation.

Yes. For selected packages, ACHARA Empire provides technical support such as PA systems, microphones, and basic event equipment.

How long will the emcee be present at a wedding event?
The duration of the emcee’s service depends on the event itinerary (tentative). Generally, the emcee will be present from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, subject to the agreed schedule.
Is the emcee fee the same for a wedding solemnization and a wedding reception?
No. The emcee fees for a wedding solemnization and a wedding reception are different, as each event involves different requirements and responsibilities. If the client requires the emcee to be present for an extended duration, additional charges will apply based on the extra time requested.
